Booking advice

Booking a private chauffeur for someone else

Perhaps your parents are arriving at Gare de Lyon, or a client lands at Charles de Gaulle while you’re in a meeting. You can book their chauffeur from home or the office. Just let us know who is travelling and who is making the arrangements.

A business traveller meets her chauffeur outside a Paris hotel, with a black sedan and van nearby.

Whose name will the chauffeur display?

Tell us the name to show on the tablet, the passenger’s mobile number and your own number if you’re coordinating the pickup. Include the flight or train number and the destination address so the chauffeur can greet your guest by name and help with their luggage.

Where your guest will meet their chauffeur

Who pays for the journey?

If you’re treating someone to the ride, tell us when you request a quote that you’d like to cover the fare. For a company booking, include the billing name and address. You can then agree payment arrangements with Benzo before your guest arrives.

Several cars for one day or more

On Monday, two colleagues land at Orly while the rest of the team arrives at Charles de Gaulle. On Tuesday, everyone leaves from the same hotel. You can book a sedan and a van for the separate arrivals, then arrange an hourly chauffeur for the next day’s meetings.

Send us your itinerary, even if it’s provisional. One line per car is enough: date, time, addresses, passengers and luggage. We’ll check availability and send you a quote for the whole itinerary.

Arrange a chauffeur between meetings
