How do you find your chauffeur at the airport or station?
You have just landed, or your train is pulling into the station: where do you meet your chauffeur? With Benzo, your chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit in the airport or on the platform by your train. Look for the tablet displaying your name.

Where your chauffeur will be waiting
At CDG and Orly
Collect your bags, then go through the doors into the public arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be waiting there with your name on a tablet. There is no need to look for the car outside: your chauffeur will help with your bags and walk with you to the vehicle.
At Paris railway stations
After stepping off the train, head towards the end of the platform. Your chauffeur will be waiting by the train with your name on a tablet. Keep your phone handy so you can find each other easily. If your arrival involves a restricted-access area, the meeting point will be arranged in the accessible area.
Prepare your pick-up

- The name to displayThe name of the passenger being met, even when you are booking for someone else.
- A phone we can reachThe traveller’s mobile number, including the country code if they are visiting from abroad.
- Your luggageThe number of suitcases and any bulky items, such as a pushchair.
Practical questions
What should I do if I cannot see my chauffeur?
Stay close to the meeting point and call Benzo. Tell us your terminal or platform and a visible landmark nearby. Let us know before moving to another hall or a car park: it is easier to find you when we know where you are.

Yes. Please let us know if you are still waiting for your luggage or need to report a missing bag. We can then coordinate the meeting around the situation. The waiting-time conditions of your booking still apply.
What if my flight, terminal or station has changed?
Send us the new details as soon as possible. A different flight number or station may change the meeting place and time. We will then confirm the arrangements for meeting you.
