2. Business activity and bookings
Benzo Paris provides chauffeur-driven passenger transport: transfers, long-distance journeys and hourly hire.
Registration in the French private-hire vehicle operators register: EVTC075166350.
The forms are used to contact BENZO or request a quote. Submission does not confirm a booking. Booking, payment, waiting and cancellation arrangements appear in the terms and conditions and the accepted quote.
3. Hosting
This private preview is published through Sites in ChatGPT. It is separate from the WordPress website benzoparis.com hosted by Hostinger.
Full details of the final website’s hosting provider will be added when preparing its launch. Hostinger’s details on the former website are not presented as the hosting details of this preview.
4. Website use and intellectual property
Text, photographs, videos, logos and other website content are protected by the intellectual property rights of BENZO or their respective owners. Any use must comply with granted permissions and legal exceptions.
BENZO endeavours to keep information accurate and the website accessible. Interruptions may occur, including for maintenance. General information does not replace the specific terms of a quote and confirmed booking. Nothing on this page excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External websites linked from this site have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
5. Privacy and personal data
Data controller and contact
BENZO, at the contact details above, is responsible for processing contact messages, quote requests and service-related data. For questions or to exercise your rights: contact@benzoparis.com, or write to the registered office.
Data we use
Depending on the request, data may include your name, contact details, pick-up and destination locations and times, passenger and luggage numbers, flight or train references, information needed to plan the journey, quote and booking correspondence, and invoicing details. Please do not send personal information unrelated to the service.
Required fields are marked on the forms. Without the information needed to prepare a quote or carry out a journey, BENZO may be unable to process the request.
Purposes and legal bases
- Preparing and responding to a quote request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Confirming, organising and providing transport: performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and retaining mandatory records: compliance with legal obligations.
- Handling complaints and defending rights: BENZO’s legitimate interests, with respect for individual rights.
Messages relate to quotes, bookings and journeys. BENZO does not use these contact details for email or SMS advertising campaigns.
Recipients and retention
Enquiry and booking correspondence is retained by email through Hostinger’s email service. Authorised BENZO staff and technical providers needed to operate the website and email service may process data within the scope of their duties.
When a partner chauffeur carries out a journey, only the information needed for pick-up may be shared: name, telephone number, route, timings and flight or train details. This depends on how the service is organised and is not automatic.
Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are retained for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted unless a legal requirement or dispute justifies retaining relevant records. For bookings, data is used for as long as needed to deliver and follow up the service. Records needed as evidence or to meet legal obligations are then retained for the applicable period: in particular, five years for relevant business correspondence and contracts, and ten years from the financial year-end for accounting records. Electronic consumer contracts worth at least €120 are retained for ten years from completion of the service. A dispute may justify keeping necessary records until it is resolved.
Technical services and data locations
This preview uses Geoapify for address and place searches. Search terms are sent to that service. Resend sends contact messages and quote requests from the website server to contact@benzoparis.com. BENZO’s email service is provided by Hostinger.
To limit abusive submissions, forms use counters linked to technical identifiers derived from IP and email addresses. The counters do not contain plain-text IP or email addresses. They remain valid for no more than one hour; expired entries are deleted when the next submission is processed.
Server locations and any international transfers depend on the services and contractual settings actually used. Providers, safeguards and data flows will be checked before the final launch; this page does not claim that data is stored exclusively in the European Union. For information, contact contact@benzoparis.com.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also give instructions concerning your data after your death. Erasure does not apply to data that must legally be retained.
Send your request to contact@benzoparis.com with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. A copy of your identity document is not routinely required. BENZO normally responds within one month. An extension permitted by the GDPR may be needed, in which case the reasons will be explained.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
6. Cookies and external services
Website features may use strictly necessary cookies, including for security, sessions or requested preferences. Trackers requiring prior consent cannot be used without a positive choice. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
Journey details are temporarily stored in your browser’s session storage so you can move between quote-request steps. Fonts are hosted with the website.
Your choice: the banner makes accepting and declining audience measurement equally simple. Your preference is stored locally in this browser for 180 days, whether you accept or decline. This storage is used only to remember your decision. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or sending a request.
Google Analytics: the integration is prepared, but no measurement ID is configured in this preview, so Google Analytics tracking is not currently active. Once configured, it will load only after consent to measure visits and viewed pages. No Analytics loading or measurement transmission is planned before acceptance or after refusal. Withdrawing consent blocks transmissions and deletes accessible Analytics cookies on this domain. Advertising features and Google Signals remain disabled; this integration does not transmit names, emails, phone numbers or form contents. Query parameters and fragments are removed from page and referral URLs sent. The cookies _ga and _ga_… are limited to 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit.
Before activating Google Analytics, BENZO will check the property settings, processing terms and any Google data transfers. More information: Google privacy policy.
Address and place search uses Geoapify. Form submissions use Resend from the website server. These services may receive the technical information needed to operate and data supplied during use. Their presence alone does not mean an advertising cookie is set.
The cookie inventory, retention periods and data flows to these services still need to be checked in a visitor session before production launch. This page does not claim the presence of any unidentified advertising tracking.
7. Complaints and governing law
For a service-related complaint, contact contact@benzoparis.com. Complaint procedures also appear in the Terms & conditions.
Consumer mediation: BENZO currently has no confirmed membership of a mediation service. The appointed mediator’s details must be added once membership is established. No organisation is presented as a BENZO partner in this working version.
French law applies, subject to mandatory applicable provisions. Jurisdiction is determined by law; consumers are not required to bring claims exclusively before the Paris courts.
