One journey or several stops?
A transfer takes you from one address to another. If your timings are fixed and you do not need the vehicle between journeys, an outward and return transfer may be enough.
With hourly hire, the chauffeur remains available for your booked time: meetings, shopping, visits or dinner. Waiting between stops is part of the service period.
Your plans, before departure
Give your preferred start and finish times, addresses, passengers and luggage. A 3-hour service includes 60 kilometres; terms for any excess are set out in your quote.
Discuss route changes with your chauffeur. Extensions depend on availability, and any additional charge is agreed before confirmation. For several days or weeks, provide each day’s timings.

How long should I book, and how much mileage is included?
Hourly hire starts at 3 hours and includes 20 kilometres per booked hour, or 60 kilometres for 3 hours. Choose the duration around your journeys and time at each stop. Any excess charges are specified in your quote.
