Paris-CDG · Welcome and assistance

Meet & Greet at CDG: a personal airport welcome

A greeter is an airport host who accompanies you through the airport, helping you find your way and navigate each stage. With Benzo, this optional service is quoted separately alongside your Paris-CDG transfer.

Practical questions

Where do we meet the greeter at CDG?

The meeting point is confirmed before travel. An arrival-gate welcome is possible where included in the service and authorised. For departures, assistance starts at the agreed terminal meeting point. Contact Benzo if you need help finding it.

Does a greeter guarantee a faster exit?

The greeter helps you find your way and navigate the airport. Priority lanes depend on the confirmed service and access rules. Checks and baggage delivery remain subject to airport operations; no exit time is guaranteed.

Are the greeter and chauffeur the same person?

They have separate roles. The greeter assists you inside the airport; the chauffeur provides the vehicle journey. On arrival, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed point after formalities and baggage reclaim. Request the greeter option alongside your transfer.
