A chauffeur price per kilometre provides a reference point, but does not always describe the full price of a chauffeured journey. Duration, vehicle, stops and pickup arrangements also matter. Why distance alone is not enough
Two journeys of the same length can have different requirements. An airport pickup involves different arrangements from a departure from home. To compare a per-kilometre offer with a fixed transfer fare, use the same departure point, destination and vehicle. Check charges quoted separately: waiting time, parking, tolls or special requests. The comparison should use an amount that covers the complete itinerary.
