Your welcome at Roissy, planned around your flight.
At Roissy–Charles de Gaulle, a successful transfer starts with the right information: flight number, terminal and destination address. Benzo Paris arranges travel between CDG and Paris, your hotel or a train station, with a private chauffeur and a Mercedes suited to passengers and luggage. On arrival, flight monitoring helps adjust pickup; for departures, timing is planned around your flight and traffic. Whether visiting for business, a Paris stay or a few days at Disneyland Paris, your fixed fare is provided before you confirm your booking.
Your transfer to and from CDG
Plan your departure
For departures from Paris to CDG, provide your exact address, flight number and take-off time. We plan pickup to allow for the road journey and your airline’s check-in requirements. From CDG to Paris, your chauffeur takes you directly to your destination, without changing transport with your suitcases.
A welcome on arrival
Provide your flight number when booking. Your chauffeur monitors arrival and arranges the meeting at the confirmed terminal. They welcome you with a name board at the agreed meeting point and assist with luggage. You benefit from 60 minutes of waiting included on arrival; arrangements and any additional waiting are specified before confirmation.
A direct, comfortable journey
After your flight, reach your hotel, a station or Disneyland Paris with your suitcases. For the return trip, pickup is planned at your address around your departure time.
Terminals 1, 2 and 3: a precise meeting point
Terminal 2 has several areas, including 2E, 2F and 2G: “CDG” alone is not enough to arrange a meeting. Provide the terminal shown for your flight. Your meeting point is confirmed according to the terminal and access rules; there is no single meeting door for all passengers. If anything changes, contact your chauffeur before leaving the arrivals area.
Reach your destination from CDG
Reach your Paris hotel, accommodation near Roissy or an appointment in La Défense. We also arrange transfers to Paris stations: Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse and Gare de l’Est. For flight-to-train connections, provide both schedules to allow a realistic margin.
For Disneyland Paris, provide your hotel and the number of suitcases or pushchairs. Transfers can reach hotels in Chessy and Val d’Europe and Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station. A journey to Orly is also planned around your next flight.
For rail connections, plan your transfer to Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon or Montparnasse using your flight and train schedules.

Your flight is monitored to adjust your welcome. Tell us if your airline changes the flight number or terminal. Conditions for waiting beyond the included 60 minutes are specified at booking.
Can I book CDG–Disneyland with children?
Yes. Specify the hotel, children’s ages, required seats, pushchairs and luggage. The vehicle configuration is confirmed before travel.
Is the Paris–CDG transfer a fixed fare?
A fixed fare is provided in your quote before booking, based on the address, vehicle and requested services.
